Checking the ponies out on the Forest.

I do like horses to be able to do useful jobs round the farm.
It's good for them, good for us and gives them confidence.

Counting the neighbour's cattle. 'Olé!'This isn't Spain or Portugal, it's life in the New Forest, UK!

Horses enjoy being involved and helping around the farm.
They can soon learn to help by dragging in the firewood
for the Winter fires.

Becoming accustomed to strange objects is an asset.
Here is Tetuã checking out some building materials
on a windy day.
He used all his senses.
First looking, then listening, followed by smelling
and finally touching.
