After the Winter's rain, the gravel pit nearby fills with water to an even shallow depth.

The ground is flat and level
and free from large stones.

 Tetuã gains confidence at
cantering through the water.
He thought it great fun, though to start off with, he kept shutting his eyes
as the water splashed his face.		 The water covered an area of a dressage arena and we could do 20 metre circles.

We were getting really soaked
and a good time was had by all.

Phew! That was fun!!
