DUNSTER SHOW, SOMERSET.
AN IBERIAN DISPLAY

A very windy day. The flags were challenging acting like an uncontrollable kite at times but Tetuã was rock solid and we managed. We worked with the garrocha and a 16 foot flare.
Susan Albayatti showed off her costume on her well behaved young Spanish Mare, showing some of the work expected
in an Iberian Parade Class.
Vikki performed a Flamenco dance in traditional Gypsy costume. The story we told was that I had strayed across the Portuguese border into Spain. I am a Campino and cast my eyes upon the flirtatious Gypsy girl. I thought she had eyes for me too. I wooed her, she danced, we pranced until the time had come to offer her a lift home on my horse. I dismounted at her feet and offered her my hand to mount. I was about to leap up behind her but on turning round - she had gone off alone with my horse.
For she only had eyes for my horse and not for me!

A Great day!!

In October, the pigs get turned out in the

the Oak Trees.

Ober Water.
One of the New Forest streams where ponies

have come to drink. All these ponies are

privately owned but are free to roam

for miles and miles.
